TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. I am 18 years above.
2. I am applying for appointment as independent business owner.
3. I accept the right of RUPAL LIFE CARE PVT. LTD. to reject this application giving any reason.
4. I have read and understood all the terms & conditions for work with company.
5. I agree to abide by RIJPAL LIFE CARE PVT. LTD. terms and condition including amendments from time to time.
6. I understand that my income is based on my own efforts, seniors and company are not responsible.
7. I understand that for any dispute with other advice, company will not be responsible.
8. Photocopy of DRIVING LICENCE OR PASSPORT OR VOTER IDENTITY CARD OR AADHAR CARD OR CANCEL CHEQUE PHOTO COPY OR PAN CARD OR BANK STATEMENT PHOTO COPY is required in support of residential proof.
9. TDS will be deducted as per Govt. Rules. TDS certificate shall be issued by the company for the same.
10. Service Charge will be deducted as per Govt. Rules.
11. All disputes are subject to Bikaner (Raj.) Jurisdiction only.
12. Company will not take back any stock for any reason or not refund the payment on any condition after agreement is made.
13. Company will work as per govt. rules & regulations.
14. If any guidelines come from government relating to plan, the plan can be changed.
15. Company has 100% authority to change the plan at any stage.

The Company shall terminate the Distributor with prior notice on the following.

1. If a distributor violates any of the terms and conditions agreed here to or violates any subsequent charges if make to terms and conditions by the company.
2. If distributor acts against the interest of the company.
3. If found any statement / information made in the application to be false.
4. The right of terminated member to receive compensation (in whatever form) form FIRST PARTY case immediately from the date of termination.
5. If any distributor represents any other Network Marketing Company engaged in the similar nature of business with similar plan after joining this company.
6. Distributor will be termination without any prior notice in case of blocking the money of down line joining amount for more than seven days. Payment of first purchase (Cash, DD or Cheque) should be reached to the company within three days of collection. The company should also be intimated about the number of joining and the money collected from the new Business within three days. But it should not be blocked more than seven days in any circumstances.
